I started running again! Now that the good weather is finaly here and there's less wind (since I now live in the woods), I finaly convinced myself to lace up my shoes! So hopefully, in 10 weeks, I'll be able to run 5K! I never did a 5K before but came close to it. So I'm going to try it again!

Good for you AK! Do you mind sharing how you're starting to run. Like how many minutes walk/run? I'd like to start, but am a little scared.
ReplyDeleteI use the app "couch to 5K". It's pretty awese because it interrupts your music and tell you to start/stop running. It cost me 2.99$ on iTunes. It's a 10 weeks program and you run 3 times a week. I'm sure you can find something similar online :)
